The Mercer Room 10 to 20 people-located in the John Roberts House. This room has large windows and a fireplace, while a living room across the hall provides a comfortable area for breaks and is highlighted by a walk-in fireplace. |
Full Day (estimate 8 hours):
$47.00 per person includes morning continental breakfast,
luncheon, afternoon
break with beverage and snack, use of the room and equipment.
Half Day with Luncheon:(estimate 4 hours)
$41.00 per person includes either AM continental breakfast OR afternoon
break, luncheon, use of the room and equipment.
Half Day without Luncheon:(estimate 4 hours)
Includes continental breakfast OR afternoon break at $8.95 per person plus room rental.
All prices are subject to 20% Service Charge and 6% PA Sales Tax.
$375.00 minimum required for all meetings
Reservations
Consult our meeting coordinator
as early as possible when planning your event.
Arrangements regarding date, number of guests, and special requests should be
made well in advance to allow the widest range of choices.
Guaranteed number of guests, menu selections, room set-up, and special
arrangements must be finalized seven days before your meeting. All charges will be
based on your guaranteed count.
Method of Payment
Meeting charges may be billed to the company and paid on a 30 day net pay basis.
Payment, by credit card or check, will also be accepted at the end of your meeting
if pre-arranged with the meeting coordinator.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Intent to cancel your function
must be received five business days prior to your meeting. Cancellations closer to
the date will be assessed a cancellation fee of $10.00 per person not to exceed
$300.00
Meeting Room Access
Your meeting order form will indicate the times during which your room
is reserved. Additional access to the room may be arranged; a room
rental fee will be established.
Guest Room Access and Overnight Accommodations
The Joseph Ambler Inn offers exceptional overnight accommodations for your out
of town guests. Fifty-two beautifully appointed guestrooms are available at
competitive corporate rates. All overnight guests are invited to join us for a full
country breakfast. To make reservations or to book a block of rooms please contact
our front desk staff who can make these arrangements.
All overnight accommodations have a private bathroom, phone, TV with cable and computer friendly phone lines.
Dinner is served every evening in our fine dining restaurant. Ask your meeting planner about making dinner reservations.
